Mozilla released Firefox 7 web browser today, only a month and half after version 6.
Codenamed 'Nightly', improvements include:
- Latest incarnation can use upto 50% less system ram, making an overall faster and more robust browsing experience.
- Startup time has been reduced.
- The 'http://' url prefix is now hidden by default.
- Web based games and web apps now tap into the computer's graphic hardware, so should now run faster.
- New functionality whichs syncs bookmark and password changes instantly.
- Combined with security improvements, the latest version is Mozilla's best ever Firefox browser to date.
